News - Linyang’s Data Concentrator Unit won “National Customers Satisfaction AA Products” Award after its elctricity meter won such award

The two-day 2018 China Satisfaction Annual conference was held in the beatutiful city of Haikou on Dec 18. This conference was co-sponsored by China association for quality and national user committee. It is an annual event with the theme of "Delivering Quality Trust and Pursuing Users’ Satisfaction". It aims to commend enterprises or products recognized and satisfied by users in the process of implementing total quality management and user satisfaction project. At this meeting, Linyang Data Concentrator won the title of national market quality credit grade AA user satisfaction product, which is another product that won this honor after Linyang electricity meter won the national user satisfaction product last year.

The conference awarded the 2018 user satisfaction benchmark, user satisfaction enterprise, user satisfaction products. This is the result of the implementation of the national user satisfaction project by the China association for quality in 2018 and evaluated by the third-party credit evaluation institutions, experts and market users and recommended by promotional institute by carrying out the national market quality credit evaluation and user satisfaction level identification, based on enterprises’voluntary application.

China national customer satisfaction index CNCSI was released at the meeting. Several experts and professors made speeches about the themes of quality brand, excellent customer experience and customer relationship management (CRM). Many excellent companies shared successful experience in acquisition, links, and activation, value-added and assessing users. Although there are differences among industries, every excellent enterprise has its clear mission and always focuses on customer demand to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise by establishing a trust relationship between enterprises and customers.
