On 30 September, CGN Linyang project at Sihong Photovoltaic Power Generation Application Leading Base successfully had grid connected, which is a big gift for National Day.
From the "starting" to the "collision line", the project construction took only 5 months. Such achievements made Sihong leading base walking in the forefront of 10 leading photovoltaic power generation application bases nationawide and became the “leader” of the third batch of application leading bases.
After the official grid-connection and power generation, "Suihong leading base" is estimated to have an annual power generation capacity of 650 million kWh, and a tax revenue of more than 30 million RMB, which will play an important role at promoting poverty alleviation in southwest hilly areas, expanding the ecological economic industry of our county and accelerating the economic development of the whole county.
Fishing and solar hybrid system
Sihong leading base project is located in the tiangang lake and xiangtao lake regions of Sihong County, jiangsu province. It makes full use of the broad waters and abundant light resources to build the first 500MW photovoltaic power generation project. Among them, no. 2 and no. 4 projects were invested and constructed by CGN linyang Renewable energy sihong Co.,Ltd. with a total investment of about 1.2 billion RMB
It is known that CGN linyang no. 2 and no. 4 projects cover an area of about 6016 mu, with an installed capacity of 200MW, using single crystal silicon 315W double-sided photovoltaic modules. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation will be about 256.64 million kWh in the first year, and the annual power generation will reach 240.94 million kWh in the 25-year operation period.

Sihong leading base project adopts the development mode of "fishing and solar hybrid generation", "upper can generate electricity, lower can raise fish", which is a comprehensive demonstration base integrating photovoltaic advanced technology demonstration and characteristic fishery and aquaculture. Among them, fishery improves the quality of aquatic products through excellent aquaculture and ecological aquaculture. Intelligent aquaculture system based on Internet of things can realize real-time monitoring and centralized control of aquaculture environment. It is estimated that the annual gross output value of sihong's leading fishery base will be between 40 million and 50 million RMB.
In the future, sihong county government will integrate the advantaged resources of sihong leading base to create a green production base by integrating "wind, fishing, Solar and travel".

After the completion of sihong county photovoltaic power generation application leading base, it is expected to realize 650 million KWH of photovoltaic power generation, save 260,000 tons of standard coal and reduce 640,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year, meanwhile, realizing the benign interaction between economic development, resource conservation and environmental protection.
