On October 12, 2018, the fifth meeting of the JJF 1245 "Installed Energy Meter Type Evaluation Outline”, sponsored by Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, Jiangsu Institute of Metrology and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. was held in Nanjing. More than 30 electric energy measurement experts from National Institute of Metrology China, China Electric Power Research Institute, Zhejiang Electric Power Research Institute, and Shandong Electric Power Research Institute and other research institutes and electric energy meter manufacturers participated the meeting. Peng Jianzhong, deputy chief engineer of Linyang Energy, attended the meeting as a representative of the company, discussed with experts and writers and made suggestions for improvement.
With the progress of the IR46 "Active Energy Meter" international proposal in the domestic landing work and the approval of the GB/17215 series of national standards, China's electric energy meter type evaluation outline also needs to be revised simultaneously to meet IR46 and the requirements of the new national standard.
Based on the work content determined at the previous meeting, this meeting fully discussed the doubts raised by each group of experts and the authors to reach an agreement. The content covers the requirements of various energy meters, reactive energy meters, as well as measurement, general technology, software, security, functions and other aspects, further improved the standard system, and promoted the implementation of the new standards.
