Entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu province, Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Nantong City held on December 19, 2020 the new product identification ”energy information acquisition system based on the edge calculation of self-organizing network wisdom “ and new product prototype assessments of ”multi-fiber modularization smart watt-hour meter based on edge computation”, which were developed by Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd.
Seven experts and professors from universities and scientific research institutions in Jiansu province formed an appraisal committee to jointly appraise the two new products. Project team respectively introduced the two new products and the appraisal committee listened to technical summary and test summary report, reviewed the testing report, user related information, and examined the product demonstration, making highly affirmation of the two new products. The expert appraisal committee agreed on the two new products identification with international advanced level.
Self-organizing network wisdom energy were calculated based on edge information acquisition system uses fuzzy control technology, combining with black, grey, white list mechanism to improve terminal metering equipment self-organizing network registered success. With the successful network, the real-time online rate of terminal electric meter is greater than 99.9% which improved the network stability and the success rate of data real-time communication, so as to further improve energy information acquisition success rate. The measurement accuracy error of the energy controller based on the embedded Linux platform is less than 0.1% by using the method of piecewise compensation and multi-line monitoring mechanism. By using WebService and edge computing technology between energy controller and HES, the communication efficiency between energy controller and HES is improved by 200% compared with DLMS communication protocol. The system has been put into use in Saudi Arabia, Laos and other countries, and has made economic benefits.
”Multi-core modular smart electricity meter based on Edge Calculation” adopts plug and play multi-core modular design to facilitate function expansion. Based on edge computing architecture, Mallat wavelet transform and steady-state + transient eigenvalue adaptive algorithm is used to realize non-invasive power load identification.
