On December 8th, the commencement ceremony of Linyang Energy 100MW Photovoltaic complex project was held in Honglin Town, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province.Haiyang Wang, Xuanzhou deputy district chief , RaoJun, Xuanzhou district office director , Dao-rong Zhang, secretary of the party committee of Xuancheng Power Supply Company , Zixiang Chen, director of the energy bureau in Anhui province energy research institute of new energy laboratory , Fu Dongsheng, the chairman of Xuancheng nantian power engineering Co., Ltd., Zhang Ling, party secretary of HongLin township, Hu Shuang yuan, the director of the modern agriculture demonstration park management committee, the general manager of Anhui Linyang , Huang Juhui, the deputy general manager of Anhui Linyang, and minister of engineering professors Zhu Yong-sheng and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.
Xuancheng Honglin 100MW PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation project covers an area of more than 1.3 million square meters and has an installation capacity of 100MW. After the completion of the project, the average annual on-grid power generation capacity is about 111.58 million KWH. The project adopts the “photovoltaic +” construction of comprehensive land use pattern, without changing the land properties, but realizing mechanized planting, photovoltaic power generation and planting rice and raising shrimps, which achieve a multi-purpose and improve the efficiency of land use value, to promote energy structure transformation and the local region photovoltaic industry technology upgrades. 
Shuangyuan Hu, director of the management committee of the Honglin Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park in Xuanzhou District, said in his speech: “Since the beginning of this year, faced with the disasters of COVID-19 and flood , we have been focusing on epidemic prevention and control and economic development at the same time. We firmly believe that with the help and support of leaders at all levels and with the rich experience in project development, construction and operation of Linyang Energy, Xuancheng Honglin 100MW project will surely go smoothly and be built into a truly high-quality project.
Su Liang, general manager of Anhui Linyang, said in his speech: “Recently, the central government has proposed that carbon dioxide emissions should peak by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, so as to further define the industrial direction and provide sustainable and high-quality green energy development for photovoltaic in the future. Linyang will implement the central government’s “Six Stability” and “Six Guarantees” deployment with solid work, complete the project construction quickly and well, stabilize investment, stabilize expectations and ensure energy security.
