Tian Yanghua, vice president of Linyang Energy and director of Linyang Renewable Energy Research Institute, talked about the application strategy and technical economy of “PV+ Energy Storage” in the microgrid system. First, Tian Jiehua analyzed the energy storage market. She believed that new energy was gradually introduced into the existing grid system, but its intermittent, volatility and unpredictability had a great impact on the stable operation and smooth management of the grid. Energy storage will be an important mean to achieve smooth access to new energy, peaking frequency modulation and enhance the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

In addition, Tian Jiehua also shared Lin Yang's multiple double-sided high-efficiency demonstration power station projects, providing data in different scenarios of double-sided components, comparing detailed data between conventional components and double-sided components, and analyzing the benefit of different types of double-sided modules, which included: concrete roofing, white painted roofing, complementary farming, and floating surface etc. The empirical data showed that Linyang double-sided component power station is an effective way to reduce the cost of electricity and improve the return on investment.
