With the theme of Leading, Innovation and Empowering, 2018 First China PV Industry Leading Forum was jointly hosted by Tongwei Group, Linyang Group, CGN, State Power Investment Group and Jinko Power etc.
Cao Xiuming, deputy mayor of Suqian City, Wang Xiaodong, secretary of the Sihong County Party Committee, Fan Dejun, member of the Standing Committee of the Sihong County Committee, Wang Bohua, deputy director and sectary –general of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, Shi Dingzhen, former director of the State Council and chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society, Lu Yonghua, President of Lin yng Group and Chairman of Linyang Energy and Liu Hanyuang, Chairman of Tongwei Group and other leaders and guests were invited to attend the forum. They discussed the innovative development measures and mechanisms of China's photovoltaic leading base.

Wang Xiaodong, secretary of the Sihong County Party Committee made speech at the forum. He mentioned that Chinese government invested 4 billion RMB in the state PV leading base and it took only 5 months to connect grid and generate power.

Lu Yonghua, President of Linyang Group and Chairman of Linyang Energy said, “Sihong is Lin Yang's second hometown. Since March 2016, Lin Yang has developed a new pattern of smart, energy-saving and renewable energy in Sihong in just two years”

President Lu Yonghua said that Sihong County, as the main sector of Linyang's future development, had a good investment environment and rich potential for photovoltaic development. After Linyang Photovoltaic and Linyang Optoelectronics entered the Sihong Development Zone, the county government fully supported Linyang with power matching, tax incentives and other aspects, making Lin Yang feel at home.

Lu Yonghua said, “We will focus on becoming the biggest operation and service provider of smart distributed photovoltaic power plants and fully play our strength to increase the investments to Sichong, and build Sihong into Linyang’s industrial demonstration area.
Both Wang Bohua, deputy director and sectary –general of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association and Shi Dingzhen, former director of the State Council and chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society, emphasized that in the second half year, with the introduction of the new regulation, the domestic PV industry is required to accelerate the transformation and upgrading and it should be full of opportunities.

2018 First China PV Industry Leading Forum was held successfully, which build a platform for all parties to provide good solutions for local Chinese government and created better opportunities for the development of energy enterprises.
