In August, Yonghua Lu, President of Linyang Group and Chairman of Linyang Energy, led the company’s international business executives on a visit to Germany’s Hoppecke Group. Following productive discussions, both parties reached a consensus, culminating in the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum by Dr. Marc Zoellner, CEO of Hoppecke Group, and Yonghua Lu. This marks a new chapter in their collaboration.

On the occasion of Indonesian President Prabowo’s recent visit to China, a strategically significant signing ceremony between leading Chinese and Indonesian companies took place in Beijing. Linyang Energy(601222.SH) signed Memorandums of Understanding(MOU) with Indonesia’s Arsari Group and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara(PLN), marking a new milestone in collaborative efforts to drive sustainable development.

On November 11, Linyang Energy announced its “2024 Q3 Profit Distribution Plan” and “2024 Efficiency, Quality and Return Enhancement Action Plan.”

On November 5, Linyang Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Linyang Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Linyang Shanghai"), has signed a smart meter sales contract with Saudi Energy Care Company ("Saudi ECC"). The agreement is worth $13.66 million USD (approximately 96.98 million CNY).
