On November 4, Linyang Energy held a signing ceremony in Qilong Town to donate 20 Million Yuan($2.81 million) to the Qidong Charity Association. Under the agreement, starting in 2024, Linyang will donate 1 million yuan($140,647) annually for the next 20 years. A portion of this—250,000 yuan($35,162) each year—will go specifically to public welfare projects in Qilong Town, supporting education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation.
