Linyang Energy and Indonesian Partners Sign Strategic Agreement to Build a Greener Future Together

On the occasion of Indonesian President Prabowo’s recent visit to China, a strategically significant signing ceremony between leading Chinese and Indonesian companies took place in Beijing. Linyang Energy(601222.SH) signed Memorandums of Understanding(MOU) with Indonesia’s Arsari Group and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara(PLN), marking a new milestone in collaborative efforts to drive sustainable development.

Industry Leaders Join Forces for Green Development

On November 7, Arsari Group Founder Hashim Sumitro Djojohadikusumo, PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo, Linyang Group President and Linyang Energy Chairman Yonghua Lu, and Linyang Energy Senior Vice President Zhuangzhi Fang came together to witness this important moment for both nations’ green energy agendas.

The collaboration will leverage the strengths of each party to drive deep cooperation across multiple domains in Indonesia, including renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar-plus-storage microgrids, diesel replacement, and intelligent operations for renewable energy systems. Linyang Energy and Arsari Group will establish a joint venture (SPV) company to develop large-scale renewable energy and BESS projects in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Linyang Energy’s collaboration with PLN will focus on R&D in large-scale renewable energy generation and BESS initiatives in the region.
