4) Vula i-invareji kunye neerekhodi zetheminali: Makurekhodwe amaxesha okuvula ikhava kunye netheminali, ixesha elichanekileyo lekhava evulekileyo kunye netheminali evulekileyo, kunye nokugcinwa kweerekhodi zamva nje ezingama-30.
